Change Company Name

We can change the name of your company to another name, of your choice, provided the new name is available.

This requires a submission to be made to Companies House and a payment of their fee (included). Please note that a new certificate of incorporation will be made available but it will show the previous name as well as the new name.

Before we can do this, we need to verify that the person submitting this form is a director of the company.
