Although we have had to pass this fee increase on to our customers, we still offer one of the most competitive services around. Our lower fees and excellent customer support, mean 99p Company Formations may still be the right choice for you.

Registered office address: £29.99 (with a £20 deduction for the first year when using us to register your company)
Confirmation statement: £69.99 (including use of registered office address for 12 month)
Dormant accounts: £79.99
Confirmation statement and dormant accounts: £119.99 (including use of registered office address for 12 month)
Name change: £29.99
Change/Add/Remove directors: £10.99
Change/Add/Remove shareholder: £39.99
Change SIC code: £39.99
Why have Companies House made these changes?
Since the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 was passed, Companies House have been given extra responsibilities and powers to reduce fraudulent activity.
They will be using the increased fee to complete additional checks on the Companies House register making it a more accurate and reliable source of information, carrying out investigation and enforcing anti-money laundering checks in line with the new bill.
