Forming a limited company with us couldn’t be easier. Simply search your company name, agree to some simple formation requirements and complete your company details in under 5 minutes.

Normally within 1-2 working day your new company will be set-up, however, this timescale is subject to Companies House processing times.

What information do I need to set up a company?

To form a Limited company, all you need is a company name, the business activity and details of the company director(s).

When complete, you will receive an E-mail with digital copies of your company’s incorporation certificate, memorandum and articles of association (rules) and share certificates for each shareholder.

What is a registered office address?

The registered office address is a location where correspondence from Companies House and HMRC can be sent, but it is also a public record and can be viewed by anyone.

You have the option of using our registered office address will be at our address for a subsidised fee of £9.99 for the first 12 months. The benefit of this is that it keeps your personal details, such as your home address, off the public record; so no avalanche of “spam” mail to your home.

The registered office address can be changed, at any time after the formation of your company.

Will I need an Accountant?

Yes, the complexities of operating a limited company mean that you willeed the help of an accountant. Walton Accountancy will provide a months free accountancy support to get your company off to a flying start. It is entirely your choice whether you continue these services beyond this free period.
